Our Teas are made from the plants that are grown on our certified biodynamic farm. Biodynamic farming includes the use of special preparations that enhance vitality and microbiology in the soil. A certified biodynamic farm is organic by default. In addition biodynamic practices we also grow and harvest our plants according to Moon Rhythms. In this way we feel that our botanicals offer a high degree of natural purity that extends beyond the mere physical part of the plant.
Our tea production is subject to the seasons and the growing conditions. Our emphasis is on quality, not quantity. Some teas may only be available in small quantities.
